President of Ukraine Victor Yuschenko signed the Decree #1663/2005 "On the Establishment of Visa-Free Regime for the Andorra, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway and San-Marino Citizens" on November 29, 2005.
According to the mentioned Decree, starting January 1, 2006 visas are not required for the citizens of mentioned countries who enter Ukraine or transit through Ukraine for a period of up to 90 days with a valid passport for travel abroad.
For the Andorra, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway and San-Marino citizens who enter Ukraine with the purpose of employment, permanent residency, study and work in Ukraine or with any other purpose if they are going to stay in Ukraine for more than 90 days, visas are required.

Delta to become a first US carrier to fly Ukraine direct.
As part of the largest international expansion in its history, Delta Air Lines plans to begin non-stop, widebody service from its transatlantic gateways at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to 11 new markets throughout Europe and the Middle East including Kiev Boryspol (KBP) International Airport. For the EU, Swiss Confederation and Principality of Liechtenstein citizens who enter Ukraine with the purpose of employment, permanent residency, study and work at the diplomatic missions of the EU, Swiss Confederation and Principality of Liechtenstein in Ukraine or with any other purpose if they are going to stay in Ukraine for more than 90 days, visas are required.

The Consular Departments of the Embassies of Ukraine in the EU countries and Switzerland would like to inform that on the 31st March 2005 the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko signed the Decree "On temporary implementation of the visa-free entrance regime for the EU and Swiss citizens".The Decree implements a temporary Visa-free regime for citizens of the European Union and Swiss Confederation aimed at facilitating the preparation and holding of the European Song Contest "Eurovision-2005"as well as developing tourism.
According to this Decree, FROM 1st MAY 2005 to 1st SEPTEMBER 2005, EU and SWISS PASSPORT HOLDERS WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER UKRAINE WITHOUT VISAS for a period up to 90 days.
